Belgosstrakh offers various medical insurance products, including emergency and hospital care, medicines, dental and other services at Your request. You may also choose a medical institution (state and/or commercial) You want to be observed.
The insured case of voluntary insurance of medical expenses is a visit to medical institutions for treatment, consultative, diagnostic and preventive medical care for acute and chronic diseases, injuries, poisoning and other accidents.
The insurance premium is calculated individually for each insurant and depends on many factors: the insurance program, the sum insured, the number of persons accepted for insurance, their age and citizenship and others.
When concluding a contract with an individual, the insured must fill in a health declaration on the basis of which the health group of the insured person is determined.   If an insured case occurs and You need medical assistance, You should contact the insurer by phone numbers indicated on the insurance card.
It’s important!
If You need medical help You should provide the following information to the insurer: full name, insurance policy number (which is indicated on the insurance card), a problem (“I’m worried”), convenient date and time of visit, contact phone number.

If your medical program includes medicine supply, the medicines are given free according to the doctor’s recipes given at the medical consultation coordinated and organized by Belgosstrakh. In order to get the medicines the insured person is needed to show the recipe and the card of the insured person in one of chemist’s shops that are mentioned in the medical insurance program.
