Reinsurance

A significant size of the liability standard, universal insurance rules and successful cooperation with foreign clients develop the reinsurance activities of Belgosstrakh at the international level.

Inward reinsurance (facultative and obligatory):

• property risks, interruptions in production activities, construction and installation risks (max up to 5 million USD);
• cargo (max up to 3 million USD);
• motor hull insurance (max up to 500 thousand USD);
• general civil liability (max up to 1 million USD);
• entrepreneurial risks (max up to 5 million USD);
• space risks (max up to 1 million USD);
• aviation risks (max up to 3 million USD);
• nuclear risks (max up to 50 million USD).

Outwards reinsurance (obligatory):

• motor hull insurance (unlimited capacity);
• carrier and forwarder liability (unlimited capacity).

Insurance contracts concluded by Belgosstrakh with non-residents of the Republic of Belarus may be transferred for reinsurance to foreign insurance organizations. At the same time, part of the obligations must remain on Belgosstrakh's own retention.
